All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £5.99

  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £6.99

  • Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £50

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Discreet Packaging
All items are packaged in plain, non-branded materials. There are no visible product names or references to adult content. Our return address will appear as “PBS AI LTD”.

5. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 48 hours before contacting us. For any issues with missing or damaged items, please contact us at weareplaybox@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
